New Wikipedia case study from HBS
(Posted by francois to: communities )Karim Lakhani just posted about a new Wikipedia case study he developed in partnership with Enterprise 2.0 guru Andrew McAfee on the Future of Communities blog. Like Wikipedia itself, the case is available for free online and is published under the GFDL.
Good stuff!
