Damn is that tough on the owner, but with four signatures behind it, it certainly sounds like he earnt it. They made their protest in a great way - being closed he would have lost money for the day, and being public he probably would have lost a few regulars!

Wow! This guy could have used a 360 Degree Review a long time ago. If he did do you think he'd change?
I once worked for a software training company where I was cold calling. On the last day before Christmas, the entire sales team including manager and assistance manager decided to quit after spending the entire day listening to the owner explain to each of us why our comissions were being whittled down to zero for the month. She even delayed the corporate christmas party two hours to continue the assault on the sales team! We all met at the bar across the street afterwards (about 20 of us) and we all quit on the spot. Our manager went back to tell the owner and that's when he quit too! That single day only one sales person did not quit and that's because she was out of the office.
That company went out of business not too long afterwards!
