		<description>For me the biggest takeaway of Dave&#039;s book was the power and influence of language on changing behavior and building corporate culture. If the right language is not used, change will not occur. Too often executive &quot;messaging&quot; and employee messaging is tactical. &quot;Tribal Leadership&quot; shows how to create a language of change, moving the organizational culture up to higher and higher levels of effectiveness.

Also, I took away that Level 5 is more than values. It&#039;s having a shared mission of changing the world in some way.</description>
