As the Net-worker will gain increasing share of the workforce, main challenges are concepts of trust and the adeptness with the available tools in Web 2.

Especially here in growing Asia with extremely diverse peoples and cultural backdrop. Top-heavy hierarchical business disdain changes to using software & IT to overcome barriers of the classical work environment.

There isn't a better time to start building virtual Web3 teams then NOW, with whatever is available.

Or maybe it is inability humans have to cope with change if we don't have to -- and that is key. We can rise to the occasion superbly when necessary, yet may grow complacent easily otherwise. The more tools, the greater the complacency aided by overwhelm, especially when "good enough" is part of the equation.

Maybe that is why the next generation tools and people usually leaps. It's easier to do it that way than incrementally. Good food for thought here, Francois. Thank you for continuing the conversation.
