		<description>Every time I hear about patents being the only way to protect unqiue business ideas I cringe. Yes, all ideas can be duplicated, but to protect them by blocking others just seems wrong. You're completely right, copycatting is bound to happen, but the thing is, copycats, by the very definition of the word can only follow. Which means you will ALWAYS stay one step ahead and they only show the world how good your idea was to begin with.
On a side note, gotta love how thick massive corporations can be, to completely miss the point of the initial idea :)
