The point I was trying to make is that too many people focus on getting the small "m" done when in reality the big "M" stuff is broken. And once you have the big "M" in place...much of the other stuff falls out of that automatically.

You want to have long-term advantages built over time and smart decisions..also called strategy(M), yet you need to have the skills to take action when needed and do the single moves that will win you the game, or tactics(m)

So its like a mix of the two M+m = Sweet Candy(high profits).

Thats just how I view it though...
