		<description>Good point.  These Web 2.0 tools have great potential, but at this point, they're largely untapped because it's so difficult for most folks to figure them out.  I'm putting my hope (perhaps misplaced) in the fact that Google and Yahoo! are getting into the game.  These companies are big; they're effective; and most importantly, they're in competition.  They both have a huge stake in making sure most people do figure it out.  That's a source of comfort to me--at least right now.
