		<description>Ah, how right you are! A good illustration of your point about findability is that I never ask what time is it now when walking along the street. I know that in a minute or so there will be a clock hanging somewhere nearby, someone will be talking over the phone and tell "... it is 3 PM now, so let's meet ..." etc. I even stopped to wonder because it happens as a rule. Of course, it's stupid enough to expect someone to tell you the time, standing in the middle of Sahara, but generally reasonable and important things are likely to happen.
