Today a friend of mine, Paul English, pointed me to one of his personal web pages where he keeps track of the codes to bypass the most popular companies’ IVR system and talk to a human quickly (here). If you know of a company’s code, you can help update the directory by submitting the codes directly into his Quickbase (large companies only, please…let’s not spam this great service)!
